I burn abt. 185 in 20 min. doing JM 30 day shred, so I would say yes, it's very possible. ETA : sorry just realized you have 60 min. not 60 calories lol, so maybe not.

I have JD 3 on kinect and I use it as a workout and just a very fun way to workout, just like Zumba.

I sometimes wish we didn't have to stop either, but then the break in between kinda makes it feel like an interval workout.

I've always heard on here and else where to do plenty of cardio to burn fat and it will come off wherever it comes off, but eventually you will get the belly area too.Cardio and strength combo is the best.

I never been to a class but I just got Zumba on kinect and I only danced to the beginners dances and burned 195 calories in only 32 min. and I'm sure I wasn't very fast.

I just got it on kinect a few days ago and am liking it, but can't compare it to classes since I've never taken them.

I just got Zumba on kinect and I love it and I can't keep up with the game, but it's still fun esp. when I see the calories I'm burning.I think it may be on DVD too?Maybe try that out if you aren't comfortable with the classes, it's also on kinect and wii.

completed day 6 last night, though it still is hard for me, it's gotten much easier now, I can actually do more push ups, but my shins are still sore from the cardio.

The bike crunches are the only crunches on level one that I have to really push myself to do the rest aren't too bad.

I done Day 2 late last night, Jillian really knows how to make us kick our own butts!!! LOL talk about out of breath when your done.
