I'm here to loose 50lb for good! I've been an on and off dieter for about a year now, and I know what is missing is a support group! Always want a chance to make some new friends, and to have people to go on this journey with. :flowerforyou:

I think you should stop weighing yourself at this point, and start looking at your inches. When running you build muscle in your legs and that can weigh more then fat. Being more focused on inches can do WAY MORE for you then just loosing weight. That is if your goal is to run long distance.
