So sorry that was me not being clear, I meant to put 151 minus 1.5lbs - 149.5 :-( I'll get used to this posting milarky and make sure I'm dead clear from now on...sorry for being a numpty!

My salad always consists of Lettuce, cucumber, 1 slice of tomato, beetroot, sweetcorn (I measure this on tbsp), red cabbage, carrot, and a low fat mayo coleslaw (I ask the lady's behind the counter with the amount of mayo used hehe) I don't like salad dressings and…

Week 2 Weigh In: SW - 151 W1 - 152 W2 - 151 = 1lb LOSS (not what I'd hoped for but a loss all the same :-) ) I'm not sure how to work out my percentage, 1 / 151 = +.66 (??) Thanks so much for doing this, its a great help....will take a few weeks to get a routine going and I think I need to NOT eat all of my exercise…

I have had a nightmare week and got my neices Christening on Sunday. I've been to the gym again 3 times this week...but unfortunatley I have put on 1lb.... Not sure if 'lady' things are interfering, but aiming for a big loss next week :-) So I'm now 152 :'-(
