ive just started again on this app, and started doing a light cardio dance workout at home. I have chicken and salad for lunch but it takes nearly all of not all of my allowance according to the little nutrition chart, is this a bad thing??
Thanks for help and advice

are you within your calorie goal for the day? then no it will not hinder weight loss.0
-
MFP sets protein pretty low, just stay within your calorie goal and you will be fine0
-
Change you allowance to the % you want ie if your doing low carbs high protein0
-
MFP's protein goal is too low by default actually. You really want to go over.0

Thanks everyone, I am under my calories each day (not by much) so will see how it goes :-)0

As I understand, the protein and fat default goals are like "minimum recommended." Going over is fine (as long as you watch your calories).0
