ive just started again on this app, and started doing a light cardio dance workout at home. I have chicken and salad for lunch but it takes nearly all of not all of my allowance according to the little nutrition chart, is this a bad thing??

Thanks for help and advice

Jo

are you within your calorie goal for the day? then no it will not hinder weight loss.

MFP sets protein pretty low, just stay within your calorie goal and you will be fine

MFP's protein goal is too low by default actually. You really want to go over.

As I understand, the protein and fat default goals are like "minimum recommended." Going over is fine (as long as you watch your calories).
