Does eating more than 20% daily protein allowance stop/inhibit weight loss ??
ive just started again on this app, and started doing a light cardio dance workout at home. I have chicken and salad for lunch but it takes nearly all of not all of my allowance according to the little nutrition chart, is this a bad thing?? Thanks for help and advice Jo
