  • BUMP! My husband does from time to time push me out of bed, but the thought of just 10 to 20 more minutes of sleep is so powerful. I also noticed I was not sleeping well. How are you sleeping? I have started putting lavender lotion on my arms and hands before bed, so I can smell it as I fall alseep.
