looking for some ideas for christmas baking

I love taking a weekend a do some baking. Does anyone have ideas for baking

    For this weekend or for Christmas? For Christmas I love making Church windows.... granted they are not healthy with mashmallows and all the lovely other things that are in them. My mom always makes press cookies, so I'm looking for a new reciipes for them so they are not so bad. Other baking I do on the weekend is usually bread... sourdough and etc.
