You need to balance food out more, if you take someone away your body craves, you see you gained the weight back...Are u using the MFP food diary, thats helps alot, you really get a balanced amount of food, Try MFP and I bet you see a difference

Ok so brownies passes the test, :tongue: :tongue: my husband loved them, and I didnt tell him till after that they had pumpkin in them. I will make again and again...... I used a brownie mix, but will try a cake mix next time.....

I had a chicken wrap, 2 oz of chicken, handful of brocolli, and pinch of shredd cheese, and in a spinch tortilla, and place on pan, and grill both side, so cheese melts...yummy
