May 15th Weight Loss Group- Week 4

Hey Ladies-
For everyone that joined under the topic "Looking to Start a Weight Loss Group" , you're in the right place. We had logged for 3 weeks on the old page, and I think it was becoming confusing to some of us. So every Saturday you'll look for "May 15th Weight Loss Group- Week 4" then Week 5, Week 6 and so on. So log your weight here.
I won't be logging mine until about 11 am, because I will be out very early in the morning and won't be back until then.
Can't wait to see everyone's results and I hope that everyone had a great week.

Okay down another pound this week!! That's 172!! I was hoping for more but I think that if I had had more fiber it would've showed (if you know what I mean!! :laugh: :laugh: ) Anyway, I'm happy with my success & can't wait to see how everyone else is doing!!

Down another pound! My home scales showed a slight gain..but the official WW scales showed me down a lb...so you know I did the happy dance!:happy:
Did not make my goal of 10% by March 1st but I have still lost each week since my restart on Dec 26th so I will get there..only 1.8 away. May need to rethink my May 15th goal however. It just seems like it is getting here way too fast!

She said when she is faced with a choice she tells herself, "This decision matters" She said that she use to tell herself that just this one wont hurt...but know she knows that every decision we make matters. So here is to a week of good decisions!0 -

Down another pound! My home scales showed a slight gain..but the official WW scales showed me down a lb...so you know I did the happy dance!:happy:

I have been working hard the last two years to really change my lifestyle, and while I have had some success, I think a little more accountability would be good for me, so I'm going to join you if you don't mind.
My current weight is 240.
My long term goal is 180
My May 15 goal is: 215

Checking in! I had a rough week diet wise, went to Red Robin last night and had a wrap that I thought wouldnt be terribly high in calories ended up being over 1500 calories when I looked it up on the restaurant's website. I ended up gaining 2lbs this week :ohwell: This week will be better!
