I've been so busy taking care of my Grandson that I haven't had time to do anything. He is now back with his mom and I can get back to my weight loss program. Weight is still the same....244.

Went from 243.0 to 244.5 this week. Gained 1.5 lbs. Had my grandson and couldnt get anything done. This week I have to work extra hard and try to make it up.

Yes. I suffer from depression. It's hard when you are down to get motivated to exercise. Just getting out of bed is a task. I do take 2 anti-depressants they work but I still have trouble. I try to be as positive as I can but sometimes it is really hard.

All I take is a multi-vitamin. Sometimes I cant eat right so I want to get the vitamins I am missing in foods. I've considered taking more except I had my thyroid removed and when my numbers go crazy I can get sick just don't want to push it.

I have to be motivated to do something but once i get going I want to exercise and enjoy it. I have had my grandson for the last 8 days he went home yesterday and I can't get it together to get going.

My parents got me my first dog. It was a St. Benard puppy. My dad registered him with the ckc he named him Shawn Lanton Edens...guess he was naming the son he never had... lol..We called the Sam. I like working out.. I feel good afterwards. for me its getting started. Sometimes I am so out of energy I can't get up and do anythings. Last week I was working out 3 times a day. this week none. Motivation.

I did real good this week. this is the best I have done since I have started mfp. I'm having a little trouble with drinking the water but I will continue to work on it. I weight it at 247 lbs this morning.

You have to start somewhere...I think you are doing awesome...keep up the good work....it will pay off. You will achieve more. I started out slow to. I'm still not doing long periods of walking, 30minutes now. I just worked my way up. You go girl!
