Stupid Hurricane Irene...I had lost 3 pounds last week and picked 2.5 up with all the stress from the hurricane. Oh well....I STILL LOST 9lbs...bring on September !!

The day before the challenge, I was 149 lbs. Roughly ten stone 7/8 lbs. The day after I lost 0.8 lbs and for my starting weight for the challenge was 148.2 lbs! Now I'm ten stone 1! Which now makes me 141.1 lbs. As a result I've lost 7.1 lbs which is about right! All I can say is wow. I'm amazed that I lost this much because i haven't been that great this month. I blame the fact I'm addicted to coca cola and I've been trying really hard to cut it down. Hopefully, now that I've seen how much i weigh now, I can give it up! I hope that there will be another challenge for September! ^^0 -
