  • I'd like to say I log everything but...I don't. If I only go a little over I do but if I go a lot over I don't. Sometimes when I go over its because I don't know the calories so I use that as an excuse to not log. I think it's useful to log everything even if over.

  • 18 pounds is nothing to sneeze at...just lift a 20 pound bag of dog food. The pictures aren't very good so it's hard to tell BUT how do you feel? That's more important.
  • Just keep at it!! If you mess up one day don't give up...restart the next. It takes time but you will loose weight.:laugh:
