Yeah, unfortunately I am also one of those people who no matter what weight I am my thighs touch. Some people just got them thick legs & that's how it's gonna be. If it helps any, all the guys I know said they feel it's more attractive when a woman does not have a gap between her thighs.

I get really bloated at that time too. But the good thing is, when you weigh in next week you'll have an extra good weigh in since you'll lose the water weight by then. My period week I usually lose 1 lb, but the next week I lose like 3 lbs so it all evens out.

My gym has a pull up machine that lets you add weight that compensates instead of making it heavy. I was struggling w/that too so I took that catagory off my list. I have a lot of weight to lose so I'm gonna focus on just counting cals for now & slowly keep fine-tuning my diet over time until it's better balanced.

The starvation mode alert will pop up anytime you eat less than 1200 cals a day. Any person should eat 1200 cals as a bare minimum to fuel your metabolism.
