Holy Sodium!!!
I usually buy deli turkey lunch meat, but this time I was grocery shopping at a new store w/no deli so I just got some Hillshire farm turkey. For only 3oz it has 1,020mg sodium! I mean, good gosh. I really need to start reading labels alot closer.

How do you count frying food?
I am making catfish nuggets. I wet them w/water & coat them in a mixture that is 30 cals per tbsp, then I fry them in canola oil. How do I figure out how many calories they are. I can't possibly know how much of the oil I am actually consuming, or how much of the fry mix. :indifferent:
