Good morning from the west coast everyone. I've been pretty bad with the exercise for the last 2 days!! I skipped the gym but my excuse is I just got my puppy spayed and I can't leave her alone incase she licks open her stitches......I know excuses excuses! I couldn't agree more. I log everything right down to a mint or gum. The days I binged I really get to see the effect....the days I thought I binged and still stayed under my BMR....made me feel better and stick with this! :flowerforyou:

I was on the eliptical at the gym the other day and was excited about how many calories I burned...then I looked at my HRM and it was 150 cals less!!! I went with the HRM unfourtunatly....better be accurate and not overeat my cals I suppose.:grumble:

I have a big sweet tooth myself. I bought some Werthers Original candies that are no sugar added...15 cals for 2 and some Weight Watcher coconut chocolate things...30 cals for 1. I find both taste awesome and help when I need that sweet taste!

Well I was shredding every other day for the first week. Today is a day of rest for me and now tomorrow I'm going to try shredding daily. I am pretty sure you don't need more calories. But you should eat a decent meal not too long before and have a small snack right after. You also shouldn't work out that day....especially after. Sorry for the bad news of no extra calories!! :grumble:
