Well, I was on here for a few months in 2008 and was very successful in losing 20lbs. I started a new job and and quit using the site. Well I'm back now with the 15lbs I've gained back. Low or No Carb Snacks

OK, I have a question. I have one of those scales that is suppose to measure your body fat %, your water %, etc. I know I have a lot of weight to lose but it says I am 40.5% fat and 40.5% water. Does that mean that all the muscle, bone, organs, etc in my body only make up 19% of my weight? That seems shocking to me!!! I…

More than the recommended 1200 Cals?
Ok, I think I saw on one of the threads somewhere where it said 1200 calories is very low. I have 55lbs to lose and know that I tent to plateau easily. With the 1200 calories I'm at a deficeit of 790 or close to that.....is that about right? Or should I be working with 1300 or 1400 calories so I have room to lower it if I…
