  • I too lost 5lbs in my first week and have been pretty steady at 1 to 1.5 lbs a week since. I think it's just so new to your body and most of it is water weight. I would stick with it and see if it slows down before adding anymore calories.

  • You should go to a doctor immediatly. My sister in law just got out of the hospital after being in for 2 months. Her symptoms started out as you're describing. For the life of me I can't remember what it was called that she had.....something something syndrome. It was very hard to diagnose. Better to be safe than sorry.

  • They're made by Old Dutch. The only 3 ingredients are cornmeal, vegtable oil, and salt. Sounds gross but I love them. For a 4 cup serving they are 300 cals. I usually split it into 2 cup or 1 cup servings though. 150cals or 75 cals isn't too bad to help me through a salt fix....lol.

  • Every 2 weeks I give myself a cheat day. I eat everything and anything I want for that day only. I go waaaayyyy over my calories for that day. I haven't noticed it effect my weight loss in a negative way yet. And it keeps me sane!!!
