I'm still tweaking my calorie intake so range from 1400-2000 per day depending on my exercise levels. I couldn't survive on 1200 no way. I eat most of mine cos if I dont. I dont lose at all I stay the same, which doesnt help. I am a slow loser too boot.

I weigh in everyday ,but take my weigh in for a Friday works for me. I also take my measurements every fortnight which seems to go down faster than the weight. I have a 32 waist now, but have stayed the same weight for a fortnight.

You eat 1500 calories a day and you will go into starvation mode sorry mate but you will you wont loose a thing. Now I agree with others go see GP for safe exercise. I drink my 8 glasses a day in fact I can drink over the 2litres recommended in fact a fitness trainer I know says that's minimum for some one not exercising and should upped it to 4 litres when working out every day or even moving about normally. They drink it under duress it's the same with the biggest loser shakes they are disgusting beyond belief. I find if having any kind of health shake I go for the typhoon one it's isn't to bad at all. Have to make in blender though or it's gritty.
