Polar ft4 if your just wanting for the basics. They work great no hassle and on the lower end cost wise at 73 dollars.

I use a polar ft4 and LOVE it!
Whatever you end up with make sure ut has a chest strap they are much more accurate

I have Polar FT7 ($100.00) and I love it.
I will invest in one with a GPS when I have the money...I hike and I want to be able to track the mileage.

Getting my Polar FT7 today! Buying it from Craigslist. It's only been used 3 times and I am getting it for $65. Looking forward to more accurately estimating calories burned.

Went for the sport line now happy apple how the hell does the thing work as the instructions are gobbley de cooch to me and I cant understand them at all. very dim here lol!!!!!
