sorry I didn't get - "maintain her ibm" part & "... sans newbie gains" kindly please explain :) :) As I had replied to someone else: I am having whey protein for - 1) to meet my daily protein goal 2) muscle recovery/no muscle pains! I was just concen if this is causing me **NOT** to lose weight?!?!?

Yes, I'm fine with Dairy (though sometimes with certain cheese, I feel that I am border-line lactose-intolerant!) Yes, my main purpose of Whey Protein Shake is 1. To meet my daily protein goal requirement 2. To not have muscle pains after Insanity workouts!

so proud of you!! Keep at it. I just started my month 2 yesterday. I was so scared, but I did it. My heart-rate monitor stopped temporary.. i told myself (continue, you are not getting a heart attack)... LOL so i did. month 1.. i've never gone beyond 400-420calories.. max cardio circut - BOOM - 609 calories!!!!!!! :) :)

I just finished my Month 1 of Insanity. I like Plyo & Cardio Recovery! But I felt greatest & proudest after doing Pure Cardio & Abs. Question - how much weight did you loose in month 1?

I just finished my month1 of Insanity. This week is recovery week. For me I wasn't able to do all the workouts with the intensity the way people in DVD do.. but I kept at it. Modified my workouts just to keep up with them. Good Luck all!
