I want to start again. So yes, I'm going to stop procrastinating and start tonight. I didn't finish the program but I loved my results. Depressed I gained it all back when life took a tole and I stopped working out and fell back into old habits. Gained that plus more, so I'm starting my fitness journey all over.

Yes. I adjusted my weight on my heart rate monitor. And the watch that I bought was very expensive. It says it is just as accurate as a chest strap because it keeps up with your heart rate with out having to consistently stop to check heart rate or something like that. it's a pretty much new kind. When I was behind, I did one work out in the morning and another at night just to catch up. I didnt skip my rest day only because I looked forward to those days :-)

Thank you everyone. I just looked to see if my watch had the ability to calculate the calories I loose, and it does. I would have never known! I guess I should start reading a manual or something lol. It makes a lot more since now. I just set all of my information to the watch and it calculates it for me. Big applause to…

I have one too. It's a watch. I just don't know what my heart rate should be; so the number I see means nothing to me. :/ How how do I know i know how many calories I burn based on my heart rate ?
