I think that 130 is my ultimate goal weight, but that should be of lean muscle. I am currently 160 and still feeling awfully overweight, or I'm just surrounded by skinny people.

I do the 1 g protein per lbs I weigh. can't get enough of protein, muscles likes it so ;)

dosen't really matter, keeps you from being grumpy during the day though. it is all about preference I think.

chew on a bubblegum or brush my teeth. strong peppermint flavor stops you from putting anything in your mouth for a while. as well as finding something to do, I usually boredom eat in front of the TV so alas I try to find something else to do.

don't worry about sugar from fruit. and it is not weird that you are going over protein since mfp have a very low setting on this, never worry about going over protein, rater be happy that you do since it helps your muscle building and can help preventing soreness (what I've heard)

I'm in the same boat as the rest of you, I usually have a converter open in a tab all the time.

Alot of trees, asphalt and sometimes a deer or two. If I am lucky a few cars will pass. oh and lots of insects, also during autumn/late summer there is a great number of mushrooms.

alright! finnished week 4 today! can't continue on w5 yet though, on tuseday I will be away for 10 days, but I'll catch up as soon as I come home again

I feel pretty bad.. I skipped week 4 last week (well except D1) cause of being busy and bad weather, and it's not even a legit excuse. but I re-did w4D1 today and I'm going to do it this week instead!
