Friend at school noticed weight loss!

She'd been gone all summer. I'm down about 8lbs since May, and I didn't think 8 pound was noticeable on a woman my size but I guess it is.

    I hope my friends also will notice that I lost 11 lbs, I doubt they will. they are pretty bad at noticing stuff

    LOL!!! That's great!!!

    I think weight loss is actually more noticable on smaller people than on larger. Eight pounds off your body looks totally different than eight pounds off mine.. you have more of a chance of muscle definition showing though, whereas I'll just look a little less puffy overall.
