Protein feeds your muscles....and the more muscle you have, the more calories you will burn during exersize, or at rest. So, yes! protein shakes are good! Especially after a hard workout. Not only will it feed your muscle...it will also help in the repair process and help you to feel not as sore the next day or two......…

Egg white omlet with LOTS of fresh vegies (onions, green pepper, broccli, etc) and a little cheese. Add in half an english muffin and a smidge of peanut butter and you'll be full for h o u r s !!!!

First...you have to figure out...is it REALLY hunger? Or are you just craving something (sugar...or salt?). I can eat an entire meal and still feel "hungry". I've found that indulging in a little chocolate (key being LITTLE - kisses are good, only 20 calories each!), or a few crackers if I need that salty "crunch",…

I indulge in my chocolate cravings...just on a lesser scale. Hershey's Dark Chocolate kisses are d i v i n e! And, only 20 calories each. I suck on them to make it last longer....and after 2 or 3, my craving is satisfied. Those 40-60 calories are worth my sanity!!!

You're not alone.....I'm also going through this but I'm plundering on....I figure the weight has to come off at one point -- However, I DID measure myself....while I have not lost any weight, I've gone down 1 1/2" in my waist. Measure yourself and see if anything's changed.....

Also don't forget that exercizing helps you build muscle. The more muscle you have in your body, the more calories you will burn doing anything,..or nothing :-)

Know what's funny about this..? Without even knowing this advice, I had plateaued for 2 weeks and just plain got fed up. I kindof "gave up" for about 10 days...didn't eat horrible...but also didn't excersize and stopped logging my food for that time. When I decided to start over and got on the scale....I had magically lost…
