My problem is that one bad day totally ruins me and I start hating myself and then inevitably one bad day will turn into two, maybe three. Maybe a whole week. And then I have to mentally shake myself to get me back on track. .-. I wish I could be like entire bag of cookies guy though.

I love to knit! I don't do it to avoid food, but naturally food + knitting is bad (residue). I like to knit with a nice cup of tea though, it's so relaxing. :)

I feel self concious every time I leave the house. I bought an exercise bike and exercise DVDs so I dont have to face the shame of public scrutiny.

I love it, haha! It keeps on me on track and gives me hope. haven't stuck with it for five weeks yet so I don't know if it is accurate or not, but so far it keeps me motivated. :)

Yes that happens to me sometimes. Drink more water and chew mint gum, it helps. Also warm tea soothes the stomach, maybe try that.

That doesn't happen to me. I am super meticulous about everything I enter; I can't go to sleep at night if my food diary isn't accurate.

I agree with this so much. At my thinnest, I was weighing myself like 10+ times a day. It got really bad. This time around I am being very careful to resist the urge. I keep the scale under the bathroom cabinet and only take it out once or twice a week and no more than that.
