Oh yes...every time I got out with the girls for a girls only weekend...For one thing I don't feel guilty and I completely let go....does wonders for the moral....I highly recommend it... :smile:

I still workout...but I might just do weights or a lighter routine...that is if I am not cramping like hell...in that case I rest...drink plenty of water and the heating pad...

Make your own chips in the microwave...you can use potato but my favorite is sweet potato...slice them up thin...place on a paper towel in a single layer in the microwave and cook until crisp...I normally put them in for around 3 minutes..then you can spice them up as you see fit...way healthier than the store bought…

I have given up soda...and started to make all of my food from scratch...that has helped the most I believe...so not as much fast food and good close to the farm food...

Great Post... My favorite is half Avocado filled with one oz of crab meat...oh goodness that stuff is good...I could eat it all day everyday.... Wow it sounds like you are working out just fine with all the jobs you have.. but to get a few extra calories burned,I would park as far away as possible from each job as long as it is safe..always take the stairs when you can or even go up and down a few times while you are at work, if you sit at a desk do some jumping…

Well it all depends on your weight and intensity of the workout...but my average is 450 calories...of course I weigh 200 pounds and I really workout like my life if depending on it...lol

Lentils with fresh herbs, salt and pepper and some olive oil...cook the Lentils with chicken stock for add favor..put fresh mint and lemon or lime juice...or even some Italian dressing works very nicely...you can even sneak them in in chilli...all very good ideas...Good luck and happy eating...
