  • You need to link them through MFP. On a COMPUTER (not phone), go the "APP" section up top. Scroll down until you find the FitBit app and "get app". It will then link your MFP and FitBit profile.

  • I've had no issues syncing mine. Almost as soon as I'm done with my run, it posts to MFP. Although, like stated above, the calorie burn is ridiculously overestimated. It helps keep track of your periods, ovulation, and you can even take daily temperatures and record them to more accurate determine when ovulation occurs. This helps identify the best days to try.
