"Whole foods" is clean eating to me....(not the store)...ideally organic but we cant afford everything organic so do best we can. Nix anything prepackaged and limit anything white. Thank you! I guess what I mean tho, is to not gain the weight right back...what should my calorie intake be? I sure dont wanna have to live on only 1200 calories a day for the rest of my life! :-) Maybe if I just upped it to 1400/1600 I could maintain a healthy svelt body?!
