  • Yes on the Chantix! I did put on weight until I got off the chantix, but then I decided that I beat smoking and I could beat the weight thing.   • I haven't even heard of that...however, my Dr. put me on phentermine 37.5 mg. It helps alot with metabolism, cravings and hunger. Downside is you have to go back to the Dr. every 30 days to get a new script and if you take it too late in the day you could be up half the night.
