Just wondering if anyone has tried these and felt they helped their metabolism or anything at all?

I haven't even heard of that...however, my Dr. put me on phentermine 37.5 mg. It helps alot with metabolism, cravings and hunger. Downside is you have to go back to the Dr. every 30 days to get a new script and if you take it too late in the day you could be up half the night.
  • magic pills don't work. sometimes people get a quick result but it is not sustainable or healthy.

I realize that pills don't really work, and that it is not the healthiest option. In the past year and 3 months I've lost total 40 lbs through only healthy choices and exercise.

However I'm on a plateau and need an extra boost, however unhealthful I'm afraid, to break through to the other side.

    Please spare me the lecture.
  • that wasn't a lecture, just a straight response to your question
