Don't give up!! I struggled with the same thing for five weeks and am finally starting to catch up now. I lost 3 pounds last week alone and am heading for another 2 pound loss tomorrow (I hope!!). Just keep doing what you are doing....the scale will start moving downwards.

I really like edamame. I chose to snack on those instead of chips, fries, etc. Yum. :) Oh...and smoothies are good too.

You know...that diet sounds a little extreme. I was pre-diabetic (and now diabetic because I didn't take charge) but my doctor told me to eat a healthy, balanced diet and to exercise on a regular basis. I'm fairly new on here too (today is my one week anniversary) and I LOVE this site. So many great people and excellent tools. Stick with it and you WILL lose the weight.

I have the same issues....but I'm not stuffed at the end of the day. :) Since I have started to eat more healthy food (fiber, whole grains, balanced meals) I'm just more satisfied and don't feel like I need to eat anything else.
