agree with others 1200 is the lowest setting ......so your like me and need to have a little patience with it and you will get there it just takes a little longer thats all.....I have the same problem but lose 1 pound steadily each week

I totally agree with you ......I am 59 in april and want a healthy body to see me into my old age and I am getting there....one pound a week in progress but I am chipping away at it and will be on maintainance sometime this year. there are so many it would be difficult to list them all ......basically what you need to do for this one is go to your supermarket cake/sweets /choc aisle and think small sizes or lower cals .....all foods are labelled now with calories per portion pick up what you fancy and pick one thats pretty small and within 100 cals…
