I totally agree with sandie and if you follow her advice you will be fine ........remember also that the settings for your daily calorie totals are so you can lose weight without excercise anyway so they are only a bonus and gets you fitter and healthier (usually but not wise at your stage of the game).Stay at the calorie…

I only ever take that as a booster to my motivation and as everyday is different for me I dont really take that much notice my weigh-in is the important time for me.

scares the hell out of me ......tried to do a practice log to get an idea of how bad it might be and its off the scale lol.....so I will put it in as maintenance and then get back on track as soon as possible but I do intend to go for a long walk first thing to try to minimise the damage lol

well I have a way round it I use ordinary oats in the microwave ......weigh 50gms on kitchen scale .....add 2 teaspoons of sugar......a little skimmed milkto allow for cooking.....stir and pop in micro 850 watt for 2 mins check and stir well.....add 2 more 30 secs intervals keeping an eye on it that way so it doesnt boil…

they recommend you eat oily fish like salmon at least twice a week because it contains the right type of cholesterol HDLand therefore is good for your heart. Its the LDL cholesterol you have to cut down on so chomp away on your salmon its fine.
