looks like you have lots of advice! I drink 1 cup of prune juice every morning, increased my water and take physillum powder. In the past I've also found magnesium to work.

I really don't have the answers, but I wonder if it would help if you tried eating a more balanced diet. Try adding fruits and veggies! I don't agree with the starving idea. You can't maintain that!

I am 5 7 and starting at 190. I want to get down to around 150 as well and find it very challenging! But I am making baby steps!
