When people kept asking me if I was pregnant or just ask when are u due. I hold my weigh in my tummy and hips(love handles) areas... Also live longer to see my kids have baby's of their own...

Oh ok thank you So if you burn X amount calories eat them back even if you go over your daily calories if you have 1200 but burned 300 you want to eat a total of 1500 is that right???

I had that also some times still do but not as bad I started taking gymnema daily..it worked great.. Good luck

I was bad for awhile they I took gymnema and it helps message me and I can give u more info...I cut the kitchen off at 7 to me and keep temp water in my hand no matter how late

I take gymnema sylvestrev400 mg And it helps a lot with sweets take 1-2 callers one to 3 times daily before each meal. I only do it 2 Tim's a day... Good luck

When I have it oat meal rasin and spice with coffee. But lately just coffee...I don't eat lunch till 11 or so
