Thyroid out in Dec due to Cancer. Had trouble losing, new female dr ordered test. So now I am on meds for the rest of my life, not complaining she saved my life having the test done. My other dr(male) did not want to run any test at all. Change dr's if you feel you are not being heard. Good Luck.

Good Luck.I work at a job sitting 9 hours so going to try and get up early and walk on treadmill then do weight when I get home.

I am going to keep up with this thread. Menopause really messes up your whole body and mind as well.

ELOPE!! Then have something when you visit each family at vacation. That is what my husband and I did. 27 years and counting.

When I go grocery shopping I am going to buy some wraps and try them. All the filling suggestions sound so good. Have a Great Weekend.

Thank You for that just what I needed this morning. I have had so many surgeries and gained weight. Last one was in April of this year. So hopefully my body will not need anymore and I can finally get to my goal.
