30 day Shred starting 1st July - anyone want to join?

I know it is July 2nd but I just happened to buy 30 DS at Walmart & I would like to join in with this group! I will start tomorrow a.m.0

Finish day 1 today! some parts I could quite make it through but I kept my feet moving and did it!0

Finished day 2.
it was tougher than yesterday, especially any part with the weights; i think i somehow hurt my elbows? because they really really hurt.
I think when I do this tomorrow I'll not use weights (still go through the motions though) and take it easy on the push ups.0 -
I'm in, I finished the very first work out today. I didn't think it was gonna be so hard haha. I'm a fan, I'm gonna keep at it.0

Erg, today was pretty painful for me too. Day 2 and 3 are always the worst.0 -

I was the same! The muscles just above my elbows were REALLY sore! It does get better I did level 1 day 5 yesterday!0 -
Finished day 2, not gonna lie-- I am sore from day 1. Even though it felt easy doing it- I am having some leg pains today!
Also- I only got up to 96 cals on my HRM, how about everyone else?0 -
Did L1D1 this morning. I rested for 7-8 seconds during most of the strength bits - especially squats/lunges - but overall I really didn't think it was that bad, and I figure I should be doing it without rest by day 5 or so. So far I'm not sore, but I'm sure that'll be a different story in the morning! I'm excited to see my results, and, of course, everyone else's0

I am in just started this today. Was soaked with sweat the first 10 minutes. Also took my measurements to see how many inches I lose in the 30 days. Good Luck everyone.0

Day two for me! I thought my arms would fall off, but it wasn't too bad! Took measurements and before pictures to see my results. Anyone else doing this feel free to add me.0

I started the 30 day shred on Saturday...muscles are still sore but have gotten better so hopefully i can start day two tomorrow I'm gonna do ripped in 30 after and six weeks to six pack or whatever then other stuff. I'm actually looking forward to working out lol.0

How do you guys determine your exercise cardio calories for JM's 30 day shred?
I just use the pre-entered ones for circuit training in MFP database. It's probably a bit lower than what I burn, but some of their other ones are over, so it evens out0 -

First I' ve heard of the 30 day Shred. Since it is late tonight, I'll start tomorrow. So I'll be joining 3 days late. Because of my schedule, I'm planning for 5 days a week, more if I can.
And I'll start my day tomorrow with measurements since it seems a better way to see progress. Weight loss is not always there for me because I don't loose easily. So if inches come off, I'll be happy.
One question, Are there different days to level one or is it 3 levels, same exercises for the whole 10 days.0 -

I just did day 1, level 1 and I'm so proud of myself!! I ordered the dvd online but couldn't wait so used YouTube. I'm so excited to see all of you doing 30DS too! We ROCK!0

Im in!! I started July 2nd. Trying to get shreded for vacation!!0

Day 3 completed!! Almost talked myself out of doing it, but after i actually start it the 20 mins goes pretty fast and im fine. Am going to take photos after the first 10 days so am hoping i can see a little bit of a result like some people on here have had! Keep going guys you can do it!0

I finished D2 last night. I am extremely sore in my legs. Maybe tonight will be easier. I can't do all of it yet, just what I can. But something is better than nothing.0

Good news guys, I just discovered the 30ds helps with cellulite!!! Only a small change, but a small change to give me confidence this will work. My butt thanks Jillian very much0
