You need help,,,seriously
-
im happy for you....and your point ? Other than trying to start trouble ?
-
Makes NO sense,,,,smh
-
No it wouldnt reduce my pace...if i run an 8 pace for 6 miles,,,then a cool down say 12 pace its not going to drop my avg to 7...again these are the numbers off my Garmin ....so an 8 pace is FASTER then an 8.5...thats an 8 minute mile or an 8-1/2 minute mile...and as for the biking...I always log at the LOWER avg,,,,again…
-
yup ! The cals are from this site but...my Garmin 210 shows even more..that has my heart rate and ALL the numbers...so who really knows how many cals are burned....MFP gave me like 2900 when I was in at an active lifestyle AND logged my exercise...my arms are toned and muscle as are my legs ( see my pic from 2 months ago…
-
now i did what someone suggested...chgd my lifestyle to sedentary, and didnt log exercise...it says 1790 cals...it just doesnt seem like you should have to lie to get accurate numbers
-
ive been to Scooby;s before and do his workouts with the weights...when I log honest exercise and food and lifestyle NOT sedentary but active...it tells me to eat like 2900 AFTER exercise...even with errors in my food weights,,,I still DONT eat that much...and it keeps telling me ill weigh 127 pounds and Im not loosing…
-
quit replying then,,,zeez SMH

You know this is just an idea...instead of stirring the pot and trying to start trouble and asking the thread be closed....how about IF you have NOTHING good to offer or say and cant seem to grasp an easy question...just DONT reply and pass the entire thread by ! That would make sense to me.....
-
Hmmmm...ok...thx for that
-
Ok,,,,one more time,,,,ill go sllloooowwwww,,,,,,pls try and grasp :) my point is/was other than some VERY slight errors in my logging entries....I logged my exercise, food etc...I eat WAY under what the site says I should be eating...now im being told..dont log exercise ...and put your goals in as sedentary not…
-
why close the thread ? that makes zero sense...like alot of the comments here I just wish people would read BEFORE jumping on someone...and thats what the handfull of people that messaged me off post said too !
-
Oh thats easy,,,because they know everything....:)
-
OP doesnt want to,,,,YOU need to READ OP's ?
-
yea I can see that....and so do pot stirrers
-
Well I just did the oatmeal thin...1 tablespoon IS 6 grams..add water and cook 1 minute in microwave...still comes out just a pinch over 1 tablespoon..so as I stated many times Frob is not accurate...and this from a guy who says my logging isnt, smh AGAIN....and I even took pics for him...im sure he still won't admit he's…
-
Yup and YOU are still stirring the pot !......
-
BINGO !!!!! Someone here CAN read,,,wow !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-
Looks like they just ignored YOU, "friend"
-
go right ahead...and when these phone co's start making phones for man size fingers and not little girls fingers then you point would be better made !

One tablespoon of dry uncooked oatmeal is about 14g of oatmeal. When you add water, you end up with about 7 tablespoons of finished product. That's 60 calories for a dry TBS... spread over almost 7 TBS of cooked oatmeal (about 9 calories each). THIS is what he said PLS note he said " One Tablespoon dry is 14g ( false its 6…
-
Nope NOT what he said at all...GO READ it :) And I do this EVERYDAY...1 table spoon dry is NOT 7 tablespoons cooked...no where even close....and you also didnt read my original post SMH.......unreal
-
so it was suggested I chg my goals to "sed" and dont log my exercise...this seems pretty silly as the site isnt set up this way but ok...I did it and it tells me to still eat over 1700 cals...now I WILL be doing my daily hard cardio 7 days a week...in addition I WILL be doing weights 3 times a week with resistance…
-
Glad you enjoyed it...no wonder most of these people are so touchy...tey dont get enough sleep...they are up all night reading my posts ! :)
-
unreal...1 tablespoon dry is 6 grams ! I even posted the label for you....and you measure it DRY....if you have 6 grams dry...thats about 20 cals....now if you add water...its STILL 6 cals....there has to be someone that can explain this to you...
-
you must have different oatmeal than Frob...his has many more cals ,lol
-
more useless junk...cute though :)
-
Yea....you REALLY need to sort out what people post on this site...much of it is hype
-
well you missed a few things...OP was NOT rude to anyone that was not rude to him or people like Frob that found fault and said OP was NOT accurate with logging,,,,but then HE posts numbers for cals in dry oatmeal that even AFTER I posted the label he still kept spewing......I didnt post 8 pages,,,,I only respond to the…
