Steph...again like food calories there is NO way to tell 100% how many calories you REALLY burn,,at least I dont know of a way...maybe some of the other "experts" here do...so I assume its an estimate ?

step...my Garmin shows more than this site for cals burned...it calculates from pace/moh and heartrates....so if you run 6 miles at a 8 pace or better...how many cals would you think that burns ? Im just going by this site AND my Garmin

well sonic...I do it EVERYDAY...you put one tablespoon in a bowl...add enough water to cover it...microwave for 1 minute...its perfect....I only do it because if I dont have a little something in my gut when i run I get like acid reflux burn....it works and ive been doing it for 5 yrs...

ana...PLEASE READ...today ONLY I ate 6 grams...1 tablespoon for breakfast...then 1 tablespoon was put into TWO burgers....I ate ONE of these...so an additional 1/2 tablespoon...its NOTHING !...zeez

well more important is people saying my numbers are WAY off then they post numbers that are NO where near close .lol...then say to lie and not log exercise etc...the site keeps saying " you will weigh 127 pounds" ...ya ok
