thats my point...it and you say "if you eat under your TDEE you WILL loose weight" but others here say,,,"eat more to loose weight" I can tell you for 100% sure I eat UNDER 2800 cals a day EVERY day and I am staying the same...I mix my work outs too.. Ok I found 2 different ones they both say my TDEE is around 2780...and it says if I eat LESS than that I WILL loose weight...this is what im saying doesnt work for me...Because I am NOT eating 2700 a day and im not loosing weight.

lab numbers are GREAT not good :) My Dr told me he has never seen 120 HDL in a 53 yr old man....but I know what you are saying..is there a calculator for the TDEE anywhere that makes it simple ?

i dont have an eliptical but I do have a sta. indoor bike and nordiac track sk machine and weight machine....I just think the running does the most ???

No I know what im eating and the days I dont log are repeat of the days I did...go back in my diary you will see...I eat salads for lunch everyday with cashews for a snack and supper and the wine after is the same week after week...im a boring guy

I would think IF I dont work out everyday I would gain some weight ??? I do some upper body dumbell hamer curls 3 times a week but I figure with the biking and running my legs are strong enough

I was doing my food daily but again I pretty much eat the same thing everyday....I dont buy eating more and I will weigh less...

Im about 5'8" tall...I still have some paunch around my gut but am in 31" waist pants...dont get me wrong im not complaining too much its just that I would like to stay at 140...people say im too skinny but my Dr says im fine
