i more worried it will make my LDL or Trygli's too high....I wouldnt think so though with the 7 day a week exercise I do....Guess we will see as I had blood work done today for my general checkup Finger crossed...Again my blood work a year ago was great hdl=93 LDL=70 Trys 49, glucose 87 im about 5 pounds lighter now

yea again I eat a couple tablespoons of it after dinner and maybe a ice cream cone once a week. Again I run 4 miles a day or bike 15-20 miles on days I dont run and I do this every week. I eat oatmeal every morning for breakfast palin with water, BIG salad with olive oil and vinager a few croutons, cucumber,onion,low fat…

thats pretty much all the dairy I get, I dont drink milk, I do have low moisture skim cheese on my salad, a little bit...so te ice cream may be doing me good :)

it hasnt hurt me so far.. I also eat 1 slice of pizza and 3 wings once every other week :) other than that you can see my normal diet and im under on carbs and fat pretty much everyday...Again I run 3-4 miles everyday or bike 18-20 and soethimes 30 or 40 miles on the off days...

humm well if in 3 days i added 2 pounds what will i be in 3 weeks....I still dont buy the "eat more" if people go into "starvation" mode when they dont eat why is it people on Survivor loose tons of weight not eating ?? I dont see alot of fat people who are hungry or homeless... it just doesnt make sense

when you say only have 250 left is that after figuring in exersise ?? Or do I just not put in the exersise and go by calories ? Im so confused.....

PP, well im 5'9" tall and weigh 158, as I stated in my post I want to drop about 10 more pounds. The calc you gave is insane, If a Dr gave you that info you need a new Dr, that figure would kill a normal person unless maybe you weighed 500 pounds.
