My current weight is 210 lbs. I am 5'3.5". I would like to be able to reach 190 by the Christmas holidays. Ideally, I'll aim for 185lbs which is 15lbs but am determined to lose the entire 20..... Wish me luck and lets all keep motivated and determined. Any tips and help, I'm all ears.... :)
