In the parking lot of a police station....LOL we work there and that is where i saw my fellow ginger and snagged him up. There are people at work who still dont know that we married...its been a year and half and we share a last name and ride to work together how do you not see this?!

That is one thing I could not give up...I drink coffee like its going out of style. I dont use much creamer but I use no sugar or sugar subs in my coffee...just plain old coffee and whatever flavor I am feeling for the day. but i try to limit myself to no more than 2 cups a day.

I have been working the mid night shift for almost 5 years and I try to stand up for about 15 minutes everyone hour or so. I also try to jump on the tredmill or the eliptical during my lunch break (which is at 530 or 6 am and I go home at 7) So i eat when I get home and snack healthy during my shift lots of fresh fruit and…

Go to like Target or Wal mart and check out the work out dvds. Sometimes they have some good ones that are not super expensive.

I run in the cold wet and rain...My first 1/2 marathon it was about 30 degrees outside and storming...so ever since then it jsut doesnt effect me. so I am of no help on what you should do.

I don't really have any hard rules that I follow. But I am what my husband calls a grazer...I snack A LOT. but I try to snack healthy..almonds, pretzel sticks. peanut butter fruit for a sugar. Did day 2 this morning felt great but I am super sore tonight. But I think its just because my muscles are tight from not moving much today while I slept.. Guess I will be standing up a lot at work tonight. Great job ladies keep up the good work!

I have given it up...4 days sober here. I was hard the first couple of days had a major headache and was grumpy (could have also been becuase I was painting my house but I vote for the lack of pop) Hope fully I can keep it up...At least I can drink my vodka with OJ or Cranberry Juice lol.

In all honesty its not a bad thing...I am a Half Marathon runner and a lot of take small steps that are close to the ground. I run with a woman who runs the way you are describing and she is just fine. You want her to run how ever she is comfortable.

THIS!!! Its up to you and how you use the tools, this site is great to me it makes me want to excersise more and the calorie counting just shows you what you are putting in your body...I have changed my eating habits alot since I started MFP... If you don't like it then leave...its as simple as that.

I eat so many fresh fruit and veggies that I have to go to the store at least 2 times a week to re-stock
