I met my diet Dr. Pepper goal, sleep goal and logging daily goal. I just need to work on keeping within calories range and walk/run everyday. I bought a new pair of running shoes. I am going to walk/run to the rail station after work if weather permits.

Hi, I have been in and out of these holiday challenges for a while. The last one I participated was July 4th. Since then my weight is at an all time high! 160 My goal is to lose one pound per week.

I have been in and out of these challenges. It was difficult for me to log into the spreadsheet, so I would not miss it. I did not join the last challenge as a result I gained 8 pound! I vote for labor day.

I had a visit with my doctor and I was told to lose 20 pounds for health reasons. I am also a fast food junky. For this week I made Apple Pie Oats Muffins for breakfast no more McDonalds.

I want to get out of the 150s and get into the 140s. :# So my goals for this week are: 1. Ride my bike 2. Eat at least 5 servings of fruits or veggies per day 3. One diet drink per day. 4. Log 20 miles for the week

I lost one pound. I owe my weight loss to our side challenge. I purchase another pedometer so I could track mileage.

I will have completed 10 miles by the end of the day. I am off this weekend so I commit to another 10 miles.

Hi Guys, I completed 7 miles of riding my bike, walking and fishing Sunday. It was 100% humidity and temperature was around 76 degrees at the Blue River in Oklahoma. I was just about to splash water on myself to cool off when I saw Mr. Snake.
