Chips, salsa, queso and guacamole are probalby my biggest triggers. I don't keep them in the house. And I don't go to Mexican restaurants very often. When I do go, I make sure I've allotted enough calories to eat my fill.

This. You said it better than I.
-
Depends on how you log it. If you log it as "8oz beef, raw" it would be the same as if you logged it as "7oz beef, cooked". I figured if there is much of a difference (and I don't believe there is), then I'd actually be ingesting LESS calories ... and I'll always take a bit of a bonus.
-
It doesn't matter if you weigh before or after ... just so that you weigh and count it the right way ... so you know how much your're eating. I just find it MUCH easier to weight before cooking than after.
-
I haven't given anything up. I don't see in value in that. There are plenty of things I eat less often or in smaller portions. But there's nothing I've given up.

I'm seeing a pretty good diary, imo. Good amounts of protein, good fruits and veggies, good exercise. I think you should just keep doing what you're doing ...

No, scales vary widely. And there are some (cheap, old) scales that are very inconsistent and/or inaccurate. But even with the best, most consistent scale, you'll see fluctuations.

I'm 5'2" and aiming for 137. I'd look anorexic at 116. When I was 137 before, I was told I was too thin. Why aren't you happy with 133? Is it the way you look naked? in clothes? Is it the number on the scale?

Fluctuations. My weight can fluctuate as much as 5 lbs in one day and as much as 5 puonds from day to day. 3 lbs in one day isn't a real gain. Hormones, water retention, sodium, amount of sleep, having had a BM or not, having eaten later than usual -- all those and more can affect your weight and cause fluctuations. This…

very fresh, barely seared, usually something spicy like blackened or with ponzu

Aha. Doesn't matter. What matters is the amount of calories you burn. If you walk on the TM for an hour and burn 250 calories, you'll be in the same weight-loss boat as if you ran on the TM for 20 min and burned 250 calories.
-
Ran 4.25 miles in 43:22 this morning (on the dreadmill). 366 calories burned.
-
Do you mean that you think/have heard that if you run outside instead of on a treadmill you won't lose weight? That's ridiculous. WHERE you run has nothing to do with calorie burn, which is what helps you lose weight. And it's LOSE weight, not LOOSE.
-
Be careful of the sites that estimate. Both MFP and zumbacalories.com estimated that I'd burn 550-750 calories for an hour of Zumba. My HRM (still an estimate, but one based on more factors) only has me at about 400.

I weigh every day. I log my weight whenever I see a significant (real) loss, but at minimum once a week. I find that by logging more often, I stay more motivated.

This is the sports bra I wear: http://www.walmart.com/ip/Danskin-Now-High-Impact-Racerback-Zip-Sport-Bra/11019713 I'm a 36C. I run, lift weights, do boot camp, and Zumba and get virtually no movement with this. I have 6 of the same bra.

should have read your answer before I posted. ITA.

Too young to be healthy? No. Too young to be so concerned with body image that they want all the processed artificially reduced fat/reduced sugar stuff? YES! My kids are very thin and pretty darn healthy. I don't buy them reduced fat or reduced sugar stuff unless 1) I'm buying it for me too and we're sharing or 2) it's…

My "usual" is to run 4.5ish miles MWF, then do 10min of rowing following by 40 min of weightlifting on TR, and an hour of Zumba on Sat. One of my runs is often replaced with 45 min of HIIT. -- all this except the Zumba takes place at 5:30am, which is at 8:30am This varies some ... I might pick up an extra Zumba class or…

He has (presumably) seen you naked. He knows what size you are. Having him know the actual number shouldn't change anything.

Not true across the board. One can exercise while losing weight and still have skin flaps.
-
I lost 89 pounds. Did it slowly (16 months). Worked out (cardio and strength training) the whole time. I have extra skin. Not a lot, but just enough that I can't wear a bikini. My "flap" is just above my belly button. Sigh. There's no predictable answer as to whether you'll have it or not. But it's very very possible.

That's an EXCELLENT rate of loss. I've been doing MFP (basically) since June 1 and have lost 10.7 pounds. So, 7.5 weeks. That's a rate of 1.43 pounds per week ...
