I struggle with this as well! As much as I love MFP, I find that it does make me obsessive. Sometimes I wonder what is worse. Being so obsessed with calories, counting and numbers. Or not logging and fearing I will fly off the handle and gain it all back. It's a mental struggle sometimes. Hang in there, you are not alone!

I'm newly vegan myself. Have horrible dairy allergies so that's been out for a long time. But just stopped eating meat about 2 months ago making me a full fledged vegan. I would love some buddies to share the journey with :)

Mine definitely was Fight Gone Bad, it was in the middle of last summer too. Terrible and awesome all at the same time. Glad to say I made it through, wasn't pretty, but I survived.

I get negative comments all the time from people telling me I've joined a cult. I've been doing CF for almost a year now and I'm addicted. I've officially drunk the kool aid and Iove it!
