Yeah i have one of them from injuring it, i have no trainers at all i was working out in converse and have since found out thats not so good. Thanks i'll look into high-tops :)

Green tea with sliced lemon drink it...it clears you out!! if on the off chance that doesn't work when i was pregnant i had to have prunes and yoghurt but prunes are vile :sick:

Lost 3.8lbs this week at last! the scales have not moved for weeks. Haven't measured yet, so im about 7lbs from goal which i am so happy about BUT i go on holiday this coming Friday so there may be a gain when i get back.

I simply got pregnant, a good thing about me is it hard for me to gain weight without drastic reasons(such as pregnancy)but its also really hard to lose it once its there.

I just kept my fitbit on the calorie difference from the wii and fb wasnt so different, going to try my hrm aswell tonight see if that is any massive difference.

Yeah thats how i lost 24lbs, since exercising my loss has stopped(1lb off then back on the next day etc)..im in love with exercise now and really dont want to give it up.

I do eat back most exercise calories..i work out so i can eat, could never live of 1300 calories a day i would starve. I'll carry on with the strength training then, its got to show sometime :)

Thanks im just getting really frustrated im working out, eating below cals and not really losing so im not sure what else to do. Im not sure whether to do just cardio and calories for a week and see what happens.

Ive been wondering where everyone is? im in no rush to post my stats had to take all week off due to an ankle injury, and the UK had amazing weather so alot of BBQS were had which means alot of food and beer..so ive gained but new week new start, hope everyone hasnt left this challenge though :)

I weigh every Sunday and take measurements..i might sneak a little weigh mid week but usually won't as it will only depress me when it shouldnt.

Firstly Congratulations :) its all about the inch loss ive only lost under a 1lb doing 11workouts in 13days(took 2days off because of injury) but ive lost 15.5inches and im over the moon with it..clothes feel so much better...Who cares about the scale! Good luck with shredding.
