You should add it. You may not lose lbs but you WILL lose inches. They have modification moves for newbie’s. I would try to push yourself on day 5 of each level.

I'm on day 5 of the shred. So far I love it. It has given me a whole different kind of burn. I am still sore. The workouts are about 20-25 mins long. Most people do level one for 10 days, level 2 for ten days then level 3 for 10 days. Some take days off due to the soreness. I have chosen not to so I can get it done within…

I am on day 4 and still as sore as I was the first day. I have heard after day 6 I won't be as sore. I can't wait to start level 2.. im hoping Jillian is at least sweating that round! I am enjoying cussing at her! For those of you who are on level 2 can you compare it to level 1? I am scared to even watch.

I am doing the 1200. For my breakfast and lunch I eat under 300 for each but with a lot of fiber adn protein to help me feel full longer. It seems to help me.
