as soon as I stopped stressing about it and stayed positive and did my thing as far as eating clean and exercising daily, the Lbs flew off. maybe your stressing yourself about it too much and its reversing the hard work? dedication will get you there, you have to want it so bad you can taste it.

awesome .. no sugar problem.. I realllly don't want to give it up either I just worry because im consuming at least one a day... I cannot drink coffee or eat plain greek yogurt without it!

I prefer Unsweetened Almond Milk. I use it for my smoothies, as coffee creamer, and with protein granola.. love it and one cup is 30 cal

Putting on a size SMALL top to wear to work for the first time, and adding a belt to my pants because my clothes do not fit!

@Lin7604 I go to the gym 6 times a week (I take all of the classes so I get a mix of cardio, weights, zumba, etc), I eat 1200 - 1500 cal a day mostly CLEAN foods, no processed and minimal alcohol. feel free to add me and we can motivate each other!

Drink a ton of water, drink a green tea, and if your REALLY bloated, buy an over the counter water-pill to help with the bloating (Durec)... we all have those moments, this should help :)

I eat 5 small meals a day. Mainly to keep myself from binging and keep my hunger satisfied. I forgot to add - DO NOT LET THE SCALE DISCOURAGE YOU. I have lost 9 Lbs in 50 days, some days I have only lost 5, some 7 but I have lost INCHES and I FEEL BETTER -- this is what truly matters.
