Over eating

Came home from university and I have ate so much food over the weekend! Bloated would be an understatement, any tips on how to deal with the food hangover tomorrow? Also what's the most you guys have ever ate in a day ? Haha

    lots of water and just get back to what you know you are supposed to do!

    Eat light and healthy, drink water, do a workout, don't worry about it.

    Drink a ton of water, drink a green tea, and if your REALLY bloated, buy an over the counter water-pill to help with the bloating (Durec)... we all have those moments, this should help :)

    Ginger tea is also pretty good at making your belly feel better.
